My client asked for another freelancer, I referred one of my friends but it seems like her profile is still under review or was previously denied, any way she can still work? like using the direct contract feature?

Hi Reniel,

Your client and your friend will not be able to use the direct contract feature at the moment. Your friend can update their application at any time and resubmit it. Our team will be more than happy to review it again. Thank you.
