Profile creation error

Hi, I'm trying to create my profile but keep getting this message: "We're sorry, but something went wrong."

I've tried clearing cache and cookies as suggested in another post, but to no avail.

Please help me, thank you!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Could you please confirm if the issue persists when you try to use another browser?
