I like it, except for the first paragraph.  When reviewing your profile, the client initially only sees the first two or three lines.  I would move it to the bottom and reword it a bit.

Secondly your description is to long in my perspectice. I didnt get to read it all as it just became a list. I would suggest highligting only a couple of your best recomendations. Lastly, even though I agree that what sells is the value you are providing the client also a sentence about you as a freelancer would give it that final touch 🙂
