My profile is locked private, and there is no support option. When I tried submitting request, it is only giving option to ask community rather than generating ticket.
How can I make my profile back to public then?
I've forwarded your account information to the Customer Support Team so that they can set your profile to public as requested.
If your profile is set to private again after 30-days, or sometime in the future, check out the options listed in the email notification or in the pop up on Find Work page to set it back to public.
