Profile locked private, no support

Hello there,


My profile is locked private, I tried contacting support but it only gives option to ask community rather than generating ticket.


Is there any other way, I'm missing?

Hi Vaibhav,


I’ve reset your profile visibility back to public. Just so that you are aware, freelancers with no earnings in 30 days will have their profile set to private (locked) automatically. To avoid this, you can resume earnings on a new contract or upgrade your membership to the Plus plan. You can check out more info about this here. Thank you!

Hello, I just made my profile public yesterday and submitted several proposals. today I see an email saying my account is locked and private. why would that happen so quickly? Can you reset it please? Also, if anyone replied to my proposals, when will I see them? I hope they aren't lost.
