Why would clients search for a name rather than skills? In the very unlikely case that a client really is looking for you by name, they can google you with your full name and Upwork, that brings you up.
Normally the only clients who would search for a freelancer by name are those who have worked with you, and they can find you in their "previous freelancer" tab.
