My friend, Cao L., **Edited for Community Guidelines** couldn't get her profile approved, though she tried to resubmit and update a lot.

Could you kindly check it out and tell me what to do?

 Her category is hopelessly oversubscribed, there are far too many freelancers and most of the profiles that are accepted never lead to any earnings anyway. Her English is really poor so her proposals would likely not be successful anyway. She never even included a portfolio.

She may want to try a different platform.
