Profile pic cant upload for a week now,trying to create new account

Good afternoon! I have been trying to set up an Upwork account; however, whenever I go to upload a profile picture, I receive an error message saying upload  AND I CANT EVEN ADJUST AND RESIZE THE PIC once oploaded ,its not working. I have tried several different pictures on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but none of them have been accepted. tried shrinking the pic and tried using 250*250 size pics How do I get past this issue?

Additionally, I tried replicating the issue but was unable to do so as everything worked as intended. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies?
