Profile picture problem

I have a big problem in uploading my profile picture to complete my profile. Every time I upload my portrait photo I have this message "only images can be selected" it's very frustrating issue, I have tried everything but the problem still exists. please help me with this problem

Hi Hamdy,

Can you please resize the image to 250x250dpi and crop it to include only your head and shoulders. If it meets those requirements and you still can't upload it then please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser to check if the problem persists. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply but I have tried what you suggested and the issue still existed. Can you please verify or upload my picture manually?
