My Friend id get this error again and again after resubmit "We've hidden your profile because it does not meet the following Upwork guidelines. You will not be able to submit proposals until these issues are fixed. Check these support messages for more details. Please edit your profile and then resubmit for review."
He don't know what changes Upwork need to approve his account?

Unfortunately your friend's profile was not approved, he`s more then welcomed to resubmit it at any time and our team will review it again. But please note that only a small percentage of freelancers have their registration accepted upon resubmission. We accept new freelancers based on the demand in the marketplace, which varies over months (not days). Having a complete profile helps our team determine if there is a sufficient demand for a freelancer skills and experience, but does not guarantee admittance. Thank you.

But they not mention in email what changes they require to approve my friend's account. If he know what the actually demanded by upwork so he adjust it accordingly.
