Profile set-up - will not accept profile picture

I am trying to set-up my profile.  In doing so, it requires that you upload a profile picture.  I have uploaded multiple photos, including taking some blank selfies against a wall (i.e., a passport photo) and none of have been accepted by the system.  Any suggestions?  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading your photo. Please check out the link that AHS Shohel shared and also, please try a different browser and setting it to 300x300. If you still encounter any issues, please let us know.
