Profile set up

I am trying to create my freelance profile, but I am not able to add my education or job history.  When I click on the plus button, my screen goes grey and does nothing else.  If I click on the grey screen, it takes me back to my profile.  I can't save my profile because I can't add these two things.  Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Hi Bonni,

Could you please try logging in using a different browser and add your education and employment information? Also, please make sure the other browser doesn't have pop-up blockers enabled.
