Profile still under review

I need help. I created an account and my profile has been under review for over two days now. Can someone help me please?

wait till approval or disaproval of you profile more you caan review your profile once again then Resubmit your profile . it will take less then 24 hours , but in some cases can be longer/. (according to best of my knowledge )
