Hello everyone! I have a couple of questions.

1. How can I increase my profile conversion? I have noticed that nothing has changed after I had successfully finished my first job. I'm trying to write perfect Cover letters, but nobody hires me. If you see any mistakes in my profile, please let me know. As a beginner, I will be glad to receive feedback

2. When will I receive an invitation from Upwork to pass a verification interview?
