You present as a group, but you don't have an agency. Be sure to understand you are not allowed to do that, but you can create an agency and take on your team as team members, provided they each have their own upwork profile.

You want to do everything right, because freelancer profiles that don't comply with ToS get zapped faster than lightning strikes in a summer storm.
