Hi there, I would like your help with my profile, I sent around 7 proposals and still nothing happened yet, perhaps I need to improve something.

Hi Melissa

A lot of it is going to come down to lack of work history, but I think you could make your profile more readable by adding a list of your specialisations near the top.

e.g. 

I can help you with:

- customer support in English and Spanish

- accurate escalation

- ...

Another good thing to do is to add items to your portfolio if that is relevant.
