I made a Data Entry profile on UPWORK and send the proposals also but i didn't get any project. What can i do?

I suggest that you take a look at this Community thread to help you get started along with the Freelancing Resources board in which you'll find plenty of articles to help you with writing proposals, negotiating with clients, setting your rates, and so on.

Learn an actual skill.

To be perfectly frank, you're pretty much wasting your time if you want to come here and just present yourself as a "data entry worker."

None of the data entry workers on Upwork have been complaining that there aren't enough data entry workers on the site to handle current demand. None of them have been asking for more data entry workers.

If you learned an actual skill or technology that is in demand on the site, then you are more likely to get hired and you will find your work more rewarding.
