Proposal Withdrawn

Today, I was checking my sent proposal list and as I saw most of them have withdrawn and the status is 'Job application is canceled by Upwork'. So I'd like to know what is the reason for the withdrawn of these proposals by Upwork?

Was your account placed on hold / temporarily suspended at any point?

When that happens, Upwork removes all proposals.
