Proposal Writing

Hello everyone!

I have some questions about proposal writing:

1. How long should the proposal be? 

2. If I have any experience in the what the task is asking for should I include it?  Similar to how I would include previous experience on a cover letter when applying to a corporate job position.

3. Should I bascially outline the steps I plan on taking in the proposal?  So the client has a clear understanding of my approach.

I am new to Upwork and am currently only submitting proposals for entry level work.
