Proposal but is not visible to make it click

Actually can't able to propose my job to concern clients due light visibility of proposal button , I knew there is some mistakes in that let me know from you

Hi Mohammed,

Looks like your application is still under review. The review process takes 24 hours from the time you submitted your profile for review. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email and a notification to your Upwork account to update you about your profile approval status.
