I am new in up work and I had no any connect and I am not submitting any proposal when I submit just getting the error like you cannot submit the proposal due to one reason of you have no any connect.
Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Shailesh,
This means that you ran out of your 60 connects for this billing cycle. If you go to your Membership & Connects page (Settings > Membership & Connects), you will see your Connects History, and your Current Billing Cycle. Your connects will be credited to your account after the last day of your billing cycle.
If you think you need more connects, you may opt to upgrading your membership plan to a freelancer plus plan. You can do this on the same page by editing your membership plan.
