l consider myself a newbie as I'm yet to get my my contract even though I've been on the platform for months now. I would appreciate if someone can put me through how to write a winning proposal?

Hi, I sent many proposals but not get any view or job on it yet, even i saw a job post from of my sent proposals they is 1 interview an 0 invites sent or 0 unanswered. But I sent proposal for this job and i did not get any interview  what that is happenning, can you please check it???
