I am new here and have applied for a few jobs but unable to get any response. I feel I am fit for the jobs I have applied. How long it usually takes to get 1st job.

Depend on client 🙂 you must have wait for their interview.

You might get your first job in one day.

Or it might take a week.

Some freelancers take a few months to get started.

Most never get hired and never earn money on Upwork.
