Hello,

Sorry for my bad english. I don't know if it sounds stupid. 

How should I know that the buyer received my proposals?

I think there are some issues. because most of the jobs I've applied got less than 5 proposals and I've sent more than 200 proposals for the last 1 month. I have that skill and a strong portfolio as well according to the requirements of the buyer.

My proposals are reached to the buyer or not.
