Whenever I send a proposal, a message comes from Upwork. 5 Proposal and send and get the project. I do not understand please help me

Hi Humera,

When you see a job that is perfect for your skills you will need to send a proposal. If the client is interested in hiring you, they can send an offer you at any time. 
Once you've accepted the offer an official contract will be formed and you can start with your work. In order to be eligible for our Upwork Payment Protection you will need to be hired on an official contract and fulfill the criteria required.
