Question related to update on Connects Pricing?

Hello there,

I am new to upwork ,recently my ID verification got completed.I  I have been wanting to start ( i want to send) proposals.In my CONEECTS HISTORY ammount and balance is 60 and 60  respectively for a month.

as per new announcement,Starting in May, Connects will cost $0.15 each, with no free Connects for agencies and freelancers by the end of June. 

My question is my connects balance and ammount is 60. 

Do I able to send proposal with my available connect balance and ammount?

Yes - if you have 60 connects you can sent proposals using them.
