Received an email asking me to request for testimonials from non upwork clients-

Past writing experience was as an employee and recently as a founder writing my company blog articles and marketing materials. Who do I send testimonials request to ?
Past colleagues to confirm I did the work .past clients who knew I was the content writer?

Adding work samples can I add screen shots of past Website content I did ?
