Rating and review is not displaying on profile

I am new over here. I created profile very earlier but now i am active as a time freelancer.

I have nevere usr the profile.

I did the first job client has guven me rating and review but i am not able to see the rating and review.

Can you please let me know what is wrong?

Sorry about the delay in updating you. We checked your profile and it appears to work as designed. Please, note that a contract only shows on the profile once at least $1 is paid on it. If there hasn't been a payment on a contract it won't show on your profile
