Hi , I don't know what is the problem. more than 48 hours ago I had a webcam verification call with your agent mr Ale . He said after 4 hours I will get an email and my account will resume . but my account is already on hold .

I have same issue on my account. I had a video call with one of agents a day ago. But my account is still on hold.
Tried to contact to support team, but they said like that. "We cannot guarantee a specific date and time since this is being handled by another department."
