Re Open Existing Post and Delete respondents not interested in

How do I re open an existing post without re publishing.  I also want to remove respondents who are not a good fit.  The system is very clunky and not user friendly.

Hi John,

You can check the proposals by going to the Jobs Home page. Then click on the (...) options menu next to your open job post, then select "View Proposals". Click on the thumbs down button on the freelancers that you are not interested in. These proposals will now be under a separate tab, Review Proposals › Archived. Thank you!
