Re: Serious issue - communication gap with upwork customer support

When I log in, I do not have an account or settings page. Does anyone have advice?

Hi Paula,

 

When you log in, do you see the screen where you are asked to create your profile and submitted it for consideration?

You still need to add some information to  your profile before you can submit it.
