I checked and I see that this is a freelancer profile. You have submitted this profile for review as well, you will be notified with the status of your approval once this process is completed. If you wanted to be able to post jobs and hire a freelancer, please create a client account. You can be both a freelancer and a client on Upwork. You'll use the same account to log in to Upwork, but the two parts of your account will be kept entirely separate. You'll be able to easily switch between the two as needed.
