If we fail or score law by giving the readiness test
than what will be the nagative action take by upwork?

Upwork Readiness is not a requirement and won't affect your account negatively in any way. It's meant for you to check your own knowledge of how Upwork works and its Terms of Service. You're free to attend this test multiple times if you're not satisfied with your results.
