In the present time, I am constantly receiving unsolicited offers from clients who have verified their payment method but lack any work history. These spam clients are hiring numerous freelancers. If you agree to the offer and disclose your ad account information, all the ad accounts you have associated with yours will be compromised.
Upwork please do something about this. Attaching a screenshot where Owner of website is telling directly that the offer is spam.
