Receiving funds

I've been getting paid weekly and each time I withdraw the funds to my bank account it take 48 hours to reflect in my bank account. I've spoken to several of my friends who are on Upwork and use the same bank and they receive their funds the same day of withdrawal. Why does mine take so long?
