Reconnecting with a freelancer with whom we worked under another account

Last year we did a project with **Edited for Community Guidelines** a "Graphic Illustration" expert on this platform. We ran the project under the account of my former creative director.

She did amazing work and I want to hire her to do a companion illustration to the last one.

My CD has moved on and I needed to do it under this new account. The former engagement was under the account **Edited for Community Guidelines**.

When I search her I cannot find her to engage. My old CD said she has a private profile. Any advice on how I can ensure she sees our posting so we can hire her again?
