I’m new here and just wanted to reach out to all experienced Filipino recruiters here who had/has a contract with an overseas client for a project to source/interview Filipino professionals/skilled workers (interior designers, graphic designers, etc) to work for them. What would be the procedure that the Recruiter has to take knowing that direct hiring of Filipino Workers is banned UNLESS the overseas employer agreed to comply with the POEA’s latest rules and guidelines on Direct Hire workers. Does the recruiter has to be registered with the POEA in order to start sourcing candidates? Any guidance/advice that you can provide will be appreciated.
