Referring someone to your client who isn't on UpWork

I’ve recently completed my first contract (fixed-term) for my client and he’s so happy with the final milestone delivery.

The project went well and based on our mutual experience, the client keeps asking me for referrals for motion graphic designers, programmers etc.

The question, can I refer him someone who isn’t on UpWork? I do want to help but within the UpWork’s ToS. What could be the possibilities in such situations?

Hi Waseem,

You can refer your client to another freelancer. The referred freelancer can join Upwork, independently or through Bring Your Own Talent program.
