After ending my contract and refunding my money from escrow my transactions shows that the refunded money is credited to my account on 14 May but i have not received that money yet in my bank account? Can you please tell me what is the problem?
The refund was processed and credited the the credit card used to fund the milestone on 5/14. Please just your credit card statement. If you do not see the refund, open a ticket with Customer Support so that they can investigate.
