Refund for plus membership plan.

Hi Upwork team,

I am new to Upwork, By mistake I have purchased the plus membership plan and I have been charged.

I want to swich to basic. Please refund the amount.

That is not how it works. Feel free to switch to basic, then you will not be charged for Plus Membership next month.
