Refund the connections on the Expired Job

Hey Upwork team,
After checking the stats I was just curious why don't you refund the connections spent by the freelancers when the client doesn't hire any member?
I see many jobs that get 20-50 proposals but the client doesn't hire any of them. The jobs get expired later and the freelancer loses the connections.

This will be helpful to many freelancers

Hi Nazir,

We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback here. I'd like to confirm that Connects are returned if a job post is cancelled by the client without hiring anybody or by Upwork for violating the Terms of Service.

Connects are not returned if the job expired, was closed by the client after they hired at least one freelancer, and the proposal was declined by the client or withdrawn by the freelancer.
