Please, is it possible for me to refund the payment of my client after the contract has ended. I don't want to keep such a poor feedback for $5. Client ended contract for a flimsy reason. I want to refund the money so the entire job is removed from my work history.

Please if it is possible, how do I go about it?

Go to the list of contracts. Click on Three Dots icon. Select Refund option.

Thank you. I have refunded the payment. Please how long does it take for the entire job to leave my profile.

Also, I know the outcome of the job still affects the JSS. However, does a refund further lower the JSS? Thank you for your help.
