Please after refunding a client's money for a contract that's already closed, how long does it take for the job to leave my work history and profile completely?

Also, I know a poor outcome of a contract can affect the JSS, does a refund further affect the JSS? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your message.

It will take 24-48 hours for your contract to be removed from the work history section on your Upwork public profile. Refund will not affect your JSS further.
