You submit a proposal, the client hires you, you deliver the work, then you click submit for payment, the client approves (or not, then you wait 14 days), then the money moves into pending, and after the holding period you can withdraw to your bank account.

Are you talking about an advance payment before you do the work? I hope not.

No , Iam not talking about advance payment.

I am asking about ,Fixed-Price Project.

I have fixed-price project and i want to submit for proposal.So,on submit for proposal it says below three things.

Escrow Protection is in place for fixed-price jobs

 Escrow funded payments are released when the client approves work

Upwork offers mediation services

So,Now my question is again do we have to create any account with escrow? 

If not, once after completing the project and client approved the payment. will i get the money directly to my account?

Yes, the escrow payments go directly to your Upwork account when the client releases payment. It is all automated. You don't need to set up any special escrow account yourself.
