Regarding Payoneer payment method

In my upwork account, i am trying to add payment method payoneer but i cant able to see my payoneer payment method when i click setup button, there is no payoneer option. Please help in this

Payoneer is not available as a withdrawal method for freelancers in India. You will have to use a different withdrawal method.

No idea, but it isn't so you need to use a withdrawal method available to you.
