Hi I am new to upwork. I am currently living in India I am not having GSTIN registration. Also still now I am not eligible to pay tax. So that how can I give my legal tax name on W8.

Also Which payment method is more earns for me Direct to Local Bank (INR) or wire transfer? for example I earned $ 100 USD. This earns can I withdraw directly to my Indian bank means how many I will get or wire transfer means how many I will get?

You'll have access to your Upwork earnings as long as you have completed W-8BEN form, which purpose is to confirm you're not a US taxpayer. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
