Hi Atul,

Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or get a chance to be interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients. You may check our Hiring Headquarters and find some excellent articles there:

When you apply for jobs, make sure your proposal is well written and that you're absolutely qualified and certain of your ability to complete the job you're applying for.

Thank you.

I also have the same problem. Please let me know what am I doing wrong? I wrote all job proposals at the highest level of the English grammar, being certified at the English language. Also, I am a Certified Computer System Administrator for IT Network Infrastructure. I am thinking about placing a video attached in the message.

Is it good and would it help?

Take a look at https://youtu.be/fhvMut8hnn8

Please help!

You might get more luck if you increased your fees, Boris.

Your rates suggest a 'cheap', poor quality freelancer. If you are qualified, then you should ask for a fee that gives you more credibility.
