Rejected profile, but Upwork explained no reason

The Upwork platform seems to have a critical bug.

I tried to submit my profile twice, but it always rejects without any reason.

Upwork is saying to read messages they sent, but they sent nothing to me!

I also attached the screenshot.

Why is Upwork working like this?
