Remaining budget

Hi. What does it mean to have an amount under "budget" and "remaining" after a contract had ended? The contract was cancelled, I filed a dispute, it was resolved (to give me courtesy credit) and the client told me that he'll pay me full. However, the payment is yet to be credited in my account.
