Remove Agency Profile

Kindly help me remove the agency SP Virtual Job Source in my Upwork Profile. I already talked to them but she didn't remove it since last week. I don't want to get affiliated with this agency.

Hi Leilani Grace,

You should be able to leave the agency anytime from My Teams page of your Settings as long as you don't have any active contracts or proposals under the agency.
